Beyond the Belt - Season 1

Episode Summery

Following an unknown accident at a secret deep-space…and very secret military laboratory, the now darkened station is approached by a strange ship. On board is the head of the mysterious group known only as “The Project” who oversees all of the secret sites across the galaxy just like this one. The ship seks answers, but also information…about what happened here and what clues may be gleaned from the accident on the station.

Character Profiles

Dr. Robert West

Dr. Robert West was the most prominent scientific researcher in genetic manipulation in the late 22nd century. He was involved in a number of unethical unapproved clinical trials which derailed his once promising career. Although he is no longer frequently seen in public at medical conferences, and no current research interests or positions can be found, it is rumors that the dishonored doctor has retreated to the deep recesses of the solar system where he has been rumored to be working on various secret military projects.

Cmdr. Paul Wagner

Commander Wagner is a graduate of the DSCM Lunar Military Academy and completed deep space training on Europa and Io in the Jupiter system. After a distinguished career in the inner territories, Cmdr. Wagner was selected to lead an elite squadron of Colonial Marines in the Outer Rim Territories. Details of his exact mission remain classified, but reports indicate that he remains active in the DSCM, although curiously he has received no official commendations or recognition following his re-deployment to the Outer Rim.

CpL. Jake Raznor

Corporal Jake Raznor is a navel officer in the Deep Space Colonial Marines. He enlisted just after graduation from secondary schooling and has served three tours in the Outer Rim Territories on various assignments in the 7th Fleet. Both of his parents were early settlers the Asteroid Belt Colonies (ABC), but were killed by pirates in a raid on their supply depot. Currently Cpl. Raznor is on special assignment assigned to medical research team 47 somewhere in the outer rim. No other ship assignment, or information is known.
