Samurai Spirit (2012) - Grade 3

Composed originally for the La Vega High School Band (TX), this original marching band production utilized the addition of five Taiko Drum Stations which are used my the battery percussionists throughout the show. Based on the mystical history of the ancient Samurai, this production contains many opportunities for visual content, prop use and creative staging. At a grade 3 level, the music remains accessible for most band programs!
